UXBRIDGE The Photo Bookstore Ltd, in partnership with Bookbinders of London Ltd, has invested in its first digital production machine, a Xerox 700 Digital Colour Press. With the new Xerox digital printer in place, The Photo Bookstore Ltd can now offer its loyal clients a one-stop solution for their entire photo printing and binding needs. In a deal won by Xerox partner SCC,the investment in the Xerox 700 provides The Photo Bookstore Ltd with the capacity to bring photo printing services in-house and have ownership of the whole print production supply chain. The Xerox 700’s affordability, productivity and high print quality also means that The Photo Bookstore products are far more cost effective to produce and the company is seeing increased turnover since its installation in May 2009. “The Xerox 700 is ideally placed to take us into the digital print market and deliver profitable colour applications such as photo books. It is important for us as a company to adapt with the ever changing market and this Xerox machine is an essential part of our overall progression. Our main priority is to offer our customers a complete service from print to bind.
