Ingersoll Rand to Reap Cost Savings, Greener Operations with Xerox Enterprise Print Services

UXBRIDGE – Xerox will manage global print operations at Ingersoll Rand , saving the global manufacturing firm millions by better managing company-wide print spend. Gauld, senior vice president, Ingersoll Rand. “While they optimise our print environment to meet our cost savings, environmental sustainability and customer service goals, we can stay focused on our primary vision of inspiring progress for our customers.” Using a Lean Six Sigma -based approach, Xerox will design a print environment with the appropriate number of output devices, like printers, fax machines, copiers and scanners, to help employees work more efficiently. Ingersoll Rand employees will have help adapting to more efficient technology and work processes through Xerox’s change management training and support programs. “This is not a typical client-supplier contract, it’s a partnership that combines strengths from both compan
