Douraid Zaghouani is president, Indirect Channels Group, Xerox Corporation. In this role, to which Zaghouani was appointed on 4th February, 2011, he has two responsibilities. The first is to drive the company’s indirect channels business across all of the United States and western Europe, developing and implementing the strategy, and delivering value to channel partners, and, through them, to small and medium sized businesses. The second responsibility is to lead the company’s desktop printer business including the definition and design of the products, solutions and services that are sold as well as the related go-to-market strategy and business model. In combining these two responsibilities, Zaghouani leads a structure with a strong speciality and competency in the indirect channel with a full integration of operations, marketing and products to support our channel partners in order to differentiate Xerox in the marketplace.
Previously Zaghouani was senior vice president, European Channels Group, Xerox Europe. He has held a number of senior sales and marketing roles in Xerox; most recently in 2009 as senior vice president for Office Europe and previously as entity general manager for Northern and Southern countries in Europe.
Prior to this, Zaghouani held a series of general management, sales and marketing positions in both Europe and North America. Most notably Zaghouani led Xerox Europe's Production Systems business and has been general manager of Xerox Austria and, Xerox Italy.
Zaghouani holds a degree in civil engineering from Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l'Etat in France and is also a graduate in business administration from the ESSEC Business School in Paris. Married with two sons, he lives in London.
