Uxbridge, U.K, 26 April 2011 - Dorset-based digital printer and finishing company, RPM Digital Print, said its recent investment in a Xerox Colour 1000 Press and Xerox Nuvera® 120 EA Production System is not just about increasing capacity. The new machines have made it possible for this 20-year-old company to bring new ideas and products to the table.
“The Xerox Colour 1000 Press, with its clear dry ink station, has allowed us to increase our product portfolio and open up our offer to new markets,” said Andy Place, managing director at RPM Digital Print. “Both of the new machines provide a unique, eye-catching effect for a low cost, so we are able to produce high-quality, colour brochures and mailers and mono-printed manuals, whilst passing on great prices to our customers.”
Printing at 100 pages per minute, the Xerox Colour 1000 Press has helped RPM Digital Print produce vivid images on a wide range of paper stocks. The additional clear dry ink station amplifies full-colour jobs by highlighting images and text for visual impact. The Xerox Nuvera 120 EA Production System offers outstanding monochrome imaging quality, a wide range of finishing options and prints 120 impressions per minute.
Martyn Train, general manager, Graphic Communications, Xerox UK, said: “Xerox provides best-in-class digital production printing systems that enable graphic communications providers like RPM to delight their own customers – current and new – with exceptional image quality and new print products.”
