18 November, 2025 – Xerox has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s NHS Notify Framework for Outbound Patient Communications (RM6389).
The framework enables organisations across the NHS to use the NHS Notify service to send digital and print communications, including NHS App messages, emails, text messages and letters, to patients and members of the public. The service provides a secure, GDPR-compliant, and cost-effective platform to manage large-scale, multi-channel communication across the NHS.
Integrated with the Personal Demographics Service (PDS), the national electronic database of NHS patients, NHS Notify also helps NHS organisations communicate efficiently and securely during national health campaigns, including vaccination programmes, screening initiatives, and public health alerts.
As a named supplier, Xerox will support NHS organisations by providing secure print and digital communication services through the NHS Notify platform. With a long history of supporting public sector organisations communicate securely and efficiently, Xerox helps government departments and healthcare providers to manage large volumes of correspondence and digital information through modern, cloud-based platforms. This experience positions Xerox to support the NHS in delivering critical communications to patients and the public with reliability, security, and scale.
Ian Martin, General Manager, U.K. Public Sector, Xerox U.K. and Ireland, said:
“The NHS Notify Framework marks an important step in improving how the NHS communicates with patients. Drawing on our experience in secure and effective communication, Xerox is helping NHS organisations connect more closely with patients and make access to care simpler and faster.”
The appointment follows Xerox’s recent success on the Crown Commercial Service’s RM6361 Framework, the U.K.’s largest public sector print agreement. Together, these awards underscore Xerox’s role in helping government and healthcare organisations modernise secure, data-driven communication.
