Uxbridge, U.K., —

11 November, 2025 – Xerox has been named as a supplier on NHS Shared Business Services’ (NHS SBS) Digital Workplace Solutions 2 Framework Agreement, which helps NHS organisations and wider public sector organisations modernise their technology and move towards more digital ways of working.

The framework provides a compliant and efficient route for NHS and wider public-sector organisations to procure the latest digital tools and services safely and cost-effectively. It covers everything from IT equipment and software to cloud-based systems and support services, all designed to help NHS teams work more efficiently, keep information secure, and improve the way care is delivered

David Holbrook, Senior Category Manager, Digital & IT at NHS Shared Business Services, said: “Digital Workplace Solutions 2 builds on the success of our previous framework, which has been used by more than 90% of NHS Trusts. It is designed to support the NHS and wider public sector in meeting the significant technological challenges they face, providing a compliant and efficient route to procure the infrastructure needed to enable the transition from analogue to digital.”

As a named supplier, Xerox will provide NHS organisations with access to secure IT hardware, software, and digital services that support modern, connected healthcare environments. These solutions help streamline workflows, strengthen data management, and create efficiencies across NHS operations. The framework also supports the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to drive greater productivity and smarter use of NHS resources.

Xerox has many years of experience helping public sector and healthcare organisations across the U.K. to improve how they work. The company has supported government departments and NHS providers in moving from paper-based systems to secure, digital platforms that save time and reduce costs.

Ian Martin, General Manager, U.K. Public Sector, Xerox U.K. and Ireland, said: “The NHS is making great progress in building the digital foundations for the future. This framework will help accelerate that journey by giving NHS organisations access to technologies that simplify processes, connect systems and create more time for patient care. Xerox is committed to supporting that progress.”

Xerox’s appointment to the Digital Workplace Solutions 2 Framework is another step in helping the NHS move to more modern, connected and digital ways of working.
