Analyst firm HfS Research placed Xerox in the High Performers category in two separate reports – the 2016 Contact Centre Operations Services Blueprint Report and the 2016 Finance and Accounting As-a-Service Business Process Outsourcing Blueprint Report, which rank service providers on their innovation and execution abilities.

The reports note Xerox’s innovative approach to achieving a customer care vision leveraging all channels simultaneously and its capability to transform F&A departments to digital operations that enable more informed business decisions.
