On accepting his new position, Mark Duffelen said: “We have ambitious plans to grow our Office business significantly over the next three years. Customers and partners will see a continuation of our strategy of bringing smarter devices, applications and services to market that measurably help organisations meet their business objectives.”
The Xerox Office Group develops imaging and printing hardware and software solutions for offices of any size. Its operations in Europe are a multi-billion pound business operating through a two tier distribution and reseller channel of 9,000 partners. Xerox is an expert at meeting growing demand for colour, productivity and cost control, and helping its channel partners secure healthy revenue streams.
Alan Charnley, Managing Director Xerox UK and Ireland said: “Mark brings over 20 years experience in the office solutions sector, most notably as a sales manager, Xerox concessionaire principal and General Manager for Xerox in Scotland. In particular, his previous experience as a Xerox channel partner will bring valuable insight into how we can build on our channel partner programmes. Under Mark’s leadership, his team will further strengthen our office business, help customers through the downturn by reducing and better controlling their costs and ensuring that our channel partners have a recurring revenue stream.”
