The new offerings comprise:
Selling Digital Printing – this workshop scopes out the size of the digital printing opportunity, profiles the characteristics of a successful digital printing salesperson, explains the consultative selling sales process and shows how to create a sales plan and develop a targeted prospect list.
Selling Variable Data Printing – this one day training session covers everything needed in order to understand the opportunity, identify prospects, and then sell, develop and implement a variable data printing campaign.
Digital Marketing Plan – For a fixed fee, customers can develop a marketing plan together with a Xerox Business Development Consultant.
“We used to make a sale from approximately five to seven out of every ten meetings.” said Nikolaj Nielsen, Director of Sales and Marketing, Damgaard-Jensen A/S, a Danish full-service printing company that turned to Xerox for help in developing its sales process. “Because of the training we received from Xerox, our sales team now closes eight to nine deals out of every ten meetings with prospective customers.”
