UXBRIDGE, U.K., May. 30, 2017 – Following its recent introduction of new, innovative digital content management solutions, Xerox announced an agreement with three new channel partners to bolster its presence in the SMB market.
The companies who will offer Xerox’s digital solutions to small and medium sized businesses are document management specialist Arena Group, managed print and document solutions provider IT Document Solutions and office hardware and systems supplier Viking Office Systems.
“We have made substantial investments in services for the SMB market, and now we are actively recruiting strategic channel partners to expand our foothold.” said Andrew Morrison, managing director, Xerox UK and Ireland. “Today’s new partners absolutely complement our existing UK network and share the same common vision to deliver the very best technology.”
The news follows last month’s successful launch of Xerox’s new ConnectKey portfolio, which features a suite of products that allow small and medium sized businesses to take advantage of the same streamlined workflow, information retrieval and storage that large companies now enjoy. Specifically designed and optimised to drive growth opportunities for channel partners, they can use the Xerox Personalised Application Builder and App Studio, for example, to develop and sell custom applications, helping them deliver productivity, process and workflow solutions, and generate recurring revenue.
Morrison continued: “We are working hard to help our partners build their businesses through offering customers some of the most innovative solutions on the market – and have significantly expanded the number of product choices and price points we’re offering as a result. Our 29 new ConnectKey products are a great example of Xerox giving our channel partners the freedom to create truly bespoke workflow and MPS offerings based on customer needs.”
Xerox currently supports over 50 UK channel partners and hundreds of other resellers, providing unrivalled marketing and sales support, training and resources to match its state-of-the-art technology offering.
In April 2017, Xerox also rolled out the European availability of its PageConnect Services, an enhanced basic print service available via channel partners, which enables customers to increase productivity and streamline print processes. It is designed to be a simple addition for partners as it requires no certification process, making it ideal for new resellers joining the Xerox channel and starting their managed print services journey. Further product availability is set to be announced in coming months.
