UXBRIDGE, U.K., February 17th, 2015 – Office workers often rely on mobile devices to do their jobs and expect to print throughout their day, whether at a desk, in a meeting room, or even a home office. However, a recent study by IDC1 finds only half of mobile users are able to print within their own company walls, and just one-third can print on the go. New Xerox devices help these professionals to print anytime, anywhere with any mobile device.

With easy setup, the Xerox Phaser® 6020/6022 Colour Printer and WorkCentre® 6025/6027 Colour MFPs can be up and running quickly. The devices are easy to use, even for offices without on-site IT staff, and offer sharp image quality typically found with larger, more expensive devices. 

Users can print emails, photos and office documents from the devices they use every day, like desktop and laptop computers, tablets and smartphones. With built-in security and Wi-Fi networking, these devices can be conveniently placed in the office. Wi-Fi Direct, Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud Print2 enable simple printing without the need to download and install apps or print drivers.

The Phaser 6020/6022 and WorkCentre 6025/6027 include time-saving features such as simplified wireless setup options. The Paper Setup Navigator takes the guesswork out of using custom paper sizes and stocks for printing envelopes, cardstock, labels and recycled paper easily.

All four devices feature a paper capacity of up to 150 sheets; capable of handling 60 to 163 gsm cover media. The WorkCentre 6027 includes a 15-sheet automatic document feeder to save time when copying, faxing and scanning multiple page documents.

Other productivity boosts for the small office include:

  • Fast print speeds – the Phaser 6022 and WorkCentre 6027 deliver 18 pages per minute in colour and black and white.
  • Large, intuitive colour touchscreen on the WorkCentre 6027 makes it simple to navigate all of the device’s features.

The devices have enhanced image quality (1200 x 2400 dpi) for sharp text, vibrant colour and fantastic detail, producing presentations, promotional materials and other communications that make an impact.
