UXBRIDGE, U.K, 23 January, 2013 – Xerox concessionaire and premier partner Document Logic has opened a new office in Leeds as it expands its remit to cover the West Yorkshire urban area. Paul Wilkinson, an industry veteran of over 25 years, has been appointed by Document Logic as director of the West Yorkshire branch.

Founded in 2002, Document Logic has grown steadily, offering its customers a full suite of printing equipment and business solutions. Having built a strong reputation delivering exceptional customer service, expert sales advice and technical support, the company has established an extensive customer base of local enterprises and public sector organisations.

The York-based company recently added a full managed print solution, using Xerox Partner Print Services (XPPS), to its portfolio of offerings enabling the company to grow by £250,000 year-on-year over the last three years.

“This is an exciting time for Document Logic,” said Simon Wood, managing director, Document Logic. “Steady growth and an expanding customer base have brought us to a position where the next logical step was to open an office in West Yorkshire.

“Adding XPPS to our portfolio has really given us the impetus to drive our business forward. Xerox offers the right blend of technology and support that has helped us move into a new market sector. Our local expertise means we’re ideally placed to offer the managed print technology that Xerox has developed for larger organisations to small and medium enterprises.”

Xerox Partner Print Services, Xerox’s industry leading channel managed print service offering for the SMB market, is designed to provide managed print services for multi-brand fleets of devices. XPPS also allows resellers to develop, and add, their own additional services to the core XPPS offering. XPPS is exclusively available through Xerox’s indirect sales network.

“Document Logic has been an outstanding channel partner for almost a decade. Their customer-focused approach to business complements Xerox’s own ability to deliver simplified office print infrastructure and reduced overheads for SMBs with managed print,” said Mark Duffelen, director and general manager, Channels Group, Xerox U.K. and Ireland.

“Supporting our channel partners and helping them to grow is a key priority for Xerox, and the expansion of Document Logic is further evidence that selling managed services is a great opportunity for resellers to grow their businesses.”
